Town is fortunate to have South African guest educator, Sibusiso Sebeko, visit starting Monday 3/6 as part of the Teach With Africa program! Teach With Africa "provides high-quality professional development for teachers and teachers-in-training, focusing on instructional programs and educational leadership initiatives through an exchange of educators in South Africa and the United States," with the goal to give all children equal access to quality education (http://www.teachwithafrica.org/).

We encourage teachers and families to utilize various resources to introduce students to South Africa and the mission of Teach With Africa, so that they are familiar with Sibusiso's home country and the purpose of his visit. Town faculty members Jennifer Liu, Kristen GogginJessica Boualavong, and Chris Mizell have also participated with Teach With Africa, and will be able to answer questions about their experiences.

Below are a few selected Town Library resources that we suggest using in your classroom before Sibusiso's visit, along with this excellent guide from Hamlin
