Good Research Starts Here

The Town School Library has many paid databases to conduct quality research. If you are doing research, start with the library catalog and resources below (passwords are here). And of course, a librarian would be happy to help.

All research in grades 5 - 8 should be documented in a works cited or bibliography using My Bib. Teachers for grades 5 - 8, please look at the Upper School Research Expectations for Teachers for more information on research best practices.

It is always important to cite your images, audio, and video! Even if the resources below have given permission to use their material, you should still give credit to the creators by including their citation in your bibliography.

All research in grades 5 - 8 should be documented in a works cited or bibliography using MyBib.
